Rochelle Jo-Van Roos
Managing Director
Rochelle obtained her LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2013. A practicing attorney and conveyancer, Rochelle distinguished herself as a property and commercial legal specialist. Rochelle specialises in all aspects of property law, including residential and commercial acquisitions and disposals, leasing and management, property developments, investments and joint ventures.
She also has substantial experience in a variety of corporate and commercial transactions including real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions. She has been involved in the structuring and implementation of a number of high-profile property development transactions and sales. She has experience in providing contract advice, drafting commercial agreements, drafting of trust deeds, establishing trusts and conducting legal due diligences.
She has acted for a range of clients in the local and international arena and in both the listed and unlisted environment. As a coffee lover, Rochelle is always keen to grab a cup of coffee with her clients to discuss their future personal and commercial endeavours.
